Return Policy

No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our business ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled only if the item has not been processed and shipped.  If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at  We will confirm your cancellation via email. Although we will do our best to cancel the order, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we are committed to addressing your concerns. Please contact us at upon receipt of receiving your order with:

  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item
  • Your order number

Upon review, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a special discount on your next purchase, at our discretion.

Order take 1-2 days business days to process.  Once your order has shipped please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.  Confirmation emails that include tracking will be sent out with all orders.  Please check your inbox and spam folder for confirmation emails.

 All packages will be shipped via USPS

*Business days do not include holidays and weekends

*Please allow one extra business day for processing after a holiday or a sale

*We do not ship any products on Saturday or Sundays

If your order is marked as delivered and you have yet to receive your package, please first check to see if the package was left with a neighbor or in a different location.  Also check with your local carrier about the delivery.  Often times a package is marked as delivery but it is still waiting in the truck to go out.  The package will usually show up within a few days. If it does not arrive, please contact us and we will attempt to trace the package.

You can also reach out to the post office and file a claim on the package.  We will provide you with any necessary information for this claim.   

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Lil Little or is lost due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address that was provided by the customer,  then the customer will be responsible for redelivery charges.  No refunds will be provided if a missed, lost, or incorrect delivery is due to customer error. 

Lil Little is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that tracking has confirmed as delivered.  Upon request, Lil Little will confirm delivery to the provided address and submit any necessary information to the customer to investigate any missing packages.
