Returns & Shipping
Due to the strain on postal carriers, please allow for extra shipping time for your order. International deliveries to some countries have been disrupted by COVID-19 and due to this we are only shipping to Canada. We will resume international shipping to other countries as soon as possible.
Due to the handmade nature of our products we are unable to accept returns. Please feel free to email Lil Little at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions prior to purchasing.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Confirmation emails that include tracking will be sent out with all orders. Please check your inbox and spam folder for confirmation emails.
All packages will be shipped via USPS

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Lil Little or is lost due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address that was provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for redelivery charges. No refunds will be provided if a missed, lost, or incorrect delivery is due to customer error.
Lil Little is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that tracking has confirmed as delivered. Upon request, Lil Little will confirm delivery to the provided address and submit any necessary information to the customer to investigate any missing packages.
